1. Scope of This Addendum

This Administrator Addendum (“Addendum”) supplements the Worqrs Terms of Service and applies to any user granted administrative privileges (“Admin”) within a Worqrs workspace.

By acting as an Admin, you acknowledge and agree to the additional responsibilities and obligations described in this Addendum.

2. Authority to Bind the Organization

You represent and warrant that you are authorized to act on behalf of the organization (“Customer” or “Tenant”) that owns the Worqrs workspace and to bind that organization to applicable agreements, policies, and configurations.

3. Administrative Responsibilities

Admins are responsible for:

• Inviting, removing, and managing users
• Assigning and modifying roles and permissions
• Configuring workflows, approvals, and feature settings
• Managing organizational structure and reporting relationships
• Maintaining accurate company and employee data

4. Role-Based Access Control

Worqrs enforces access through role-based access control (RBAC), but Admins are responsible for ensuring roles are assigned appropriately and consistently with internal policies and legal requirements.

Misconfiguration of roles or permissions may result in unintended data exposure. Worqrs is not responsible for consequences arising from Admin role assignments or access decisions.

5. Data and Compliance Responsibility

Admins acknowledge that Worqrs is a system of record and execution, not a source of legal, tax, or HR advice.

Admins are responsible for:

• Compliance with applicable employment, labor, and privacy laws
• Proper handling of employee personal data
• Configuring retention, approvals, and access controls
• Ensuring lawful use of the platform within their organization

6. Auditability and Accountability

Administrative actions may be logged and auditable within the platform. Admins acknowledge that their actions may impact historical records, reporting, and compliance audits.

7. Limitation of Worqrs Responsibility

Worqrs is not responsible for Admin actions taken within a workspace, including but not limited to:

• User access changes
• Data edits or deletions
• Workflow or approval configuration
• Policy or document enforcement

8. Relationship to Other Agreements

This Addendum forms part of the Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict, the Terms of Service control unless explicitly stated otherwise.
