Workflows turn repeatable HR processes into ordered steps with owners. Use them for onboarding, offboarding, document collection, approvals, and other recurring work.
- Open Workflows.
- Choose Create Workflow.
- Enter the workflow name and entity.
- Add each step in order.
- Choose whether each step is a task or approval.
- Assign each step to the starter, employee manager, specific user, or specific employee.
- Save the workflow.
