PIPs and disciplinary records should be used thoughtfully and consistently with company policy. They create sensitive employee history and should include clear facts, expectations, and next steps.

  1. Open the PIP or disciplinary area.
  2. Choose Add.
  3. Select the employee.
  4. Enter the issue, expectations, dates, and notes.
  5. Save the record and follow company communication procedures.
