Create a PTO policy

How admins create PTO policies for employees.

PTO policies define how employees earn, use, and track time off. Create policies before employees begin submitting requests.

  1. Open PTO Policies.
  2. Choose Add Policy.
  3. Enter the policy name and rules.
  4. Configure accrual, carryover, and request behavior as needed.
  5. Save the policy.
  6. Assign the policy to eligible employees.
