Document delete and restore actions should be used carefully because files may support audits, acknowledgments, employee history, or compliance processes.

  1. Open the document list or employee document panel.
  2. Find the document.
  3. Use delete only when the file should no longer be active.
  4. Use restore when a deleted document needs to be returned.
  5. Confirm visibility after the action.
