Accruals add earned time to employee balances based on policy rules. Run accruals only after policies and assignments are correct.

  1. Open the PTO accrual run area.
  2. Review eligible policies and employees.
  3. Run accruals for the intended period.
  4. Review the accrual log.
  5. Spot-check balances for a few employees.
