Secure hosting environment
Worqrs is hosted on managed cloud hosting infrastructure,
benefiting from secure data centers, physical access controls,
network-level protections, and ongoing platform maintenance.
Availability & resilience
The hosting environment includes monitoring and redundancy designed
to support availability and minimize service disruption.
Data Protection & Scope
Reduced data exposure by design
Worqrs intentionally does not store Social Security numbers,
bank account details, tax forms, or direct deposit information.
By avoiding payroll-level data, we significantly reduce overall risk.
Encryption & tenant isolation
All data is transmitted using HTTPS/TLS encryption.
Customer data is logically isolated by tenant, and all application queries
enforce tenant scoping to prevent cross-organization access.
Access Controls
Role-based permissions
Worqrs enforces role-based access controls across the platform,
ensuring users only see and manage data appropriate to their role
(Admin, HR, Manager, or Employee).
Customer ownership of access
Customers maintain full control over user accounts, roles,
and permissions within their organization.
Auditability & Operations
Action history & accountability
Key actions such as reviews, discipline, PTO approvals,
and document changes are time-stamped and user-attributed
to support accountability and operational clarity.
Monitoring & backups
System health and application behavior are monitored.
Regular backups support recovery in the event of unexpected issues.
Worqrs is not a backup service, and customers remain responsible
for their own retention policies.
Compliance & Transparency
Compliance posture
Worqrs does not currently claim formal certifications such as SOC 2,
ISO 27001, or HIPAA. Our platform scope avoids HIPAA-regulated data,
and compliance efforts scale alongside platform maturity.
