These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Worqrs platform and services (“Services”) provided by Worqrs, LLC.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Worqrs provides a modular workforce management and HRIS platform, including employee records, PTO tracking, time and attendance, workflows, documents, reporting, and related tools.
Each workspace is owned and controlled by the Customer. Admins act on behalf of the organization and are responsible for user access, configuration, and permissions.
Access to data and functionality is governed by Worqrs’ role-based access control system. Users may only access data permitted by their assigned role.
Customers are responsible for data accuracy, compliance with applicable laws, and proper configuration of workflows, roles, and permissions.
Fees are billed according to the applicable subscription plan and billing policy. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Worqrs disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
